New for FrontRange Discovery 9.1 is an Active Directory synchronization that enables Discovery to seamlessly import Organizational Unit (OU) structures and then ensure that machines identified on the network are automatically assigned to the correct OUs.

By synchronizing with Active Directory every day, organizations can rest assured that the OU structure in FrontRange Discovery always reflects what’s happening within the enterprise. Automatic assignment of IT Assets
Using the Active Directory structure also enables FrontRange Discovery to automatically assign IT assets to the correct OUs within the asset repository. This streamlines administration and provides a more logical structure to the assets reported in Discovery.
