Jon Temple


Chief Executive Officer

Jon Temple is the President and CEO of FrontRange Solutions. Jon is responsible for setting the overall vision and strategy for the company as well as managing all day-to-day operations. Jon brings more than 25 years' experience in the software industry and has an impressive track record of leading and accelerating the growth of both established and emerging software companies.

Prior to FrontRange, Jon served as President and CEO of nlyte Software, the leading independent provider of data center infrastructure management solutions. Jon has also held executive leadership positions with SaaS contact center company LiveOps, and enterprise performance management provider Hyperion (acquired by Oracle for $3.3 billion). Before joining Hyperion, Jon was CEO of privately held firm Above All Software and also spent 12 years at Business Objects where he helped to define and lead the business intelligence category before being acquired by SAP for $6.8 billion.

Jon holds a Bachelor of Science from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK and also serves on the Board of Directors of Host Analytics, the leading cloud-based enterprise performance management company.

Karen Rogge, CFO of FrontRange Solutions

Chief Financial Officer

Karen brings a wealth of senior financial and operational management executive experience to FrontRange Solutions. Most recently, she was the consulting Chief Financial Officer at Quantros Inc., a private equity-backed hosted software company. Previously, Ms. Rogge was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Extreme Networks, a widely recognized and publicly traded network equipment company. Karen has held senior leadership roles in finance, operations and general management at dynamic and industry leading companies, including Seagate Technology and Hewlett Packard, as well as young and emerging companies. Ms. Rogge holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Science in business administration degree from California State University, Fresno.

Bill Auvil

Vice President, Global Support Services

Bill oversees the daily operations and development of the company’s global technical product support, customer care and maintenance renewals operations. He has a wealth of practical management experience and an extensive background in technical support, customer services, marketing, and sales. An expert in establishing customer intimacy as a key business driver, he has served on CRM industry boards such as: Customer Support Management and the Help Desk Institute.

Bill joined FrontRange Solutions from Sykes Enterprises Incorporated, located in Tampa, Fla. At Sykes, he established a proven formula for success with his talent for strategic planning, service delivery, call center management and help desk services. Prior to Sykes, Bill spent almost 20 years with IBM in senior management roles where he developed strategies to market support services to customers.

Greg Higham

Chief Information Officer, Vice President SaaS Operations

As CIO, Greg Higham brings to FrontRange a proven background in leading IT businesses to success through the alignment of IT solutions and business objectives. In this key role Greg is responsible for leading the company’s global focus on its world-class technology infrastructure, including implementing and evolving information systems and tools that enable aggressive business growth.

Prior to joining FrontRange Solutions, Greg held various senior management positions including VP and CIO at Witness Systems, vice president of worldwide customer services for Epiphany (acquired by SSA Global) and other senior management information technology and customer service roles with Inovis, Peregrine Systems, Harbinger, Premenos and Tandem Computers.

Steve Lindeman, Senior Vice President, Global Support and Services at FrontRange Solutions

Senior Vice President, Global Support and Services

Steve Lindeman is responsible for the Global delivery of Services and Support for the FrontRange business. He brings over 25 years of Technical and Executive Management experience to FrontRange with a number of market-leading organizations. These positions include Team Leader for the Data Services Division with AT&T, Practice Manager and Practice Director at Oracle Corp., Worldwide Vice President of Consulting and Services at Candle Corporation, Director of Americas Sales with IBM/Tivoli, Vice President of Business Operations with DataPath, and most recently the Vice President and General Manager for the Government and International Business Unit at NC4, Inc. Steve is charged with continuing to build on the legacy of strong customer support at FrontRange while developing the professional services organization to meet the evolving needs of dynamic customers seeking a strategic advantage in the market.

Ian McEwan, Vice President of EMEA for FrontRange Solutions

Vice President, EMEA

Ian is responsible for FrontRange's sales operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has over 15 years experience in the IT sector, primarily in the Help Desk and Service Management markets, and a successful history of sales management to Fortune 100/500 customers.

Prior to joining FrontRange, Ian held a number of senior sales and management positions with Peregrine, BMC, IBM and Vignette.  He will play a central role in the continued expansion of FrontRange's EMEA operations.

John OBrien, Vice President of Asia Pacific for FrontRange Solutions

John O’Brien


Vice President, Asia Pacific

John O’Brien oversees the growth of FrontRange Solutions’ business throughout the Asia Pacific region. Markets include the Association of Southeast Nations (ASEAN), North Asia, and India. John brings a wealth of experience to FrontRange, including a history of success at Genesys Telecom where he established and built the Asia Pacific region. John will lead FrontRange’s Asia Pacific Expansion Strategy, including penetration of Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, and China.

Scott Schoonover, Vice President of Americas for FrontRange Solutions

Scott Schoonover is responsible for FrontRange Solutions sales operations across the Americas. Scott brings over 25 years of sales and sales leadership experience along with a proven track record of success to his role at FrontRange. Prior to joining FrontRange Scott held a number of sales executive, sales management and marketing positions at Embarcadero Technologies, BMC Software, Amdahl Corporation and AT&T. Scott will play a key role in the continued expansion of FrontRange’s Americas operations while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction to those organizations that invest in solutions delivered and supported by FrontRange.

Kevin J Smith, Vice President of Products for FrontRange Solutions

Vice President, Products

Kevin Smith is responsible for product management, product marketing and corporate marketing for all FrontRange Solutions’ product lines. Accruing over 20 years of technical, management, and executive experience in technology and software, Kevin previously held positions as Business Manager for Manufacturing, Director of Product Marketing, and Vice President of Solutions Management at Manugistics, Inc., Project Manager and Vice President of Operations positions at Avyx, Inc., as well as Flight Design Manager and CPS Development Team Lead with NASA (BTI) at the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas.
