Jonathan Temple
Chief Executive Officer
Jonathan Temple is the President and CEO of FrontRange Solutions. Jonathan is responsible for setting the overall vision and strategy for the company as well as managing all day-to-day operations. He has more than 25 years' experience in the software industry with an impressive track record of leading and accelerating the growth of both established and emerging software companies.

Prior to FrontRange, Jonathan served as President and CEO of nlyte Software, the leading independent provider of data center infrastructure management solutions. He has also held executive leadership positions with SaaS contact center company LiveOps, and enterprise performance management provider Hyperion (acquired by Oracle for $3.3 billion). Before joining Hyperion, Jonathan was CEO of privately held firm Above All Software and also spent 12 years at Business Objects where he helped to define and lead the business intelligence category before being acquired by SAP for $6.8 billion.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK and also serves on the Board of Directors of Host Analytics, the leading cloud-based enterprise performance management company, and JBara, the pioneer of cloud customer intelligence solutions.
David Puglia
Chief Marketing Officer
David Puglia is responsible for redeveloping the FrontRange brand strategy and aligning marketing with the company’s business strategy. He comes to FrontRange with over 20 years of experience in both private and public companies over a variety of software and hardware IT organizations. Most recently, David was CMO and executive VP of business development at ENXSUITE, a clean tech startup, where he helped to build the company presence and position its brand for additional capital investments. David has also held executive marketing positions at Alcatel-Lucent, Aspect Communications, and Tablus, a data loss prevention security vendor (later acquired by RSA/EMC). He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rutgers University.
Steve Lindeman
Chief Customer Officer
As the Chief Customer Officer, Steve Lindeman is responsible for all aspects of customer success and has overall responsibility for aligning the company’s deliverables with strategic customer needs and values. In this capacity Steve leads the organizations that are responsible for the on-boarding of new customers, training, customer support, professional services, and directly drives the rest of the FrontRange organization to work together for optimizing the customer experience.

Steve brings over 25 years of Technical and Executive Management experience to FrontRange with a number of market-leading organizations including Oracle Corp., IBM/Tivoli, Candle Corporation where he was Worldwide Vice President of Consulting and Services, DataPath, and most recently the Vice President and General Manager for the Government and International Business Unit at NC4, Inc.
Udo Waibel
Chief Technology Officer
Udo Waibel is responsible for all FrontRange product management and development efforts. Udo brings more than 20 years of engineering management experience to FrontRange. Most recently, Udo was co-founder and CTO at Hara, a leading cloud-based energy management and sustainability software company. Prior to Hara, Udo spent over 14 years at SAP in senior management roles where he conceived, built and managed major product innovations in areas such as Employee Self-Service, and Resource and Portfolio Management. Each of these products defined new standards for enterprise application and architecture design, and delivered great value to the SAP customer base. Udo holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from the University of Mannheim, Germany.
Fred Johannessen
Vice President, International Sales, Alliances and Channels
Fred Johannessen is responsible for strategic alliances, technology alliances and building and managing the overall global partner program. He brings over 25 years of experience in enterprise software with a strong emphasis on the development of industry-leading partner ecosystems. Prior to FrontRange, Fred was VP of Business Development at ScienceLogic, a data center and cloud management startup. He also spent 16 years with BMC Software where he held numerous leadership positions including VP of Technology Alliances. During his tenure at BMC, he was responsible for building a partner organization that was referred by industry analysts as a competitive differentiator for the company. Fred holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science from the University of Washington.
John Callahan
Vice President, North America
John is responsible for FrontRange's sales operations across North America. He has over 20 years of industry experience in building software businesses, both large and SMB, through direct and inside sales organizations. Prior to joining FrontRange, John held a number of senior sales and management positions with Aderant Holdings (a Vista Equity Partners portfolio company), Thomson Reuters and Solution 6 Group. John will play a central role in the continued expansion of FrontRange's North America Sales Operations. John holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in engineering from the University of Michigan.
Kevin J. Smith
Vice President and General Manager Cloud Business Unit
Kevin Smith is responsible for the Cloud Business Unit, including all strategy, go to market and customer success activities for the growing portfolio of FrontRange Cloud applications. Kevin has a deep understanding of the Service Management market, having previously been responsible for product management, product marketing and corporate marketing for all FrontRange product lines. Kevin brings over 25 years of technical, management, and executive leadership experience in technology and software businesses. Prior to FrontRange, Kevin has held positions as Vice President of Solutions Management at Manugistics Inc., Vice President of Operations at Avyx Inc., as well as Flight Design Manager with NASA at the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas where he began his career in 1983. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Houston.
Roberto Casetta
Vice President, EMEA
Roberto is responsible for FrontRange's sales operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has over 20 years of industry experience in building software businesses, both large and SMB, through channel sales and direct sales organizations. Prior to joining FrontRange, Roberto held a number of senior sales and management positions with Panda Security, MRO Software, BMC Software and Remedy. He will play a central role in the continued expansion of FrontRange's EMEA operations.
